This problem can easily be avoided by adopting the correct article submission format. Here are 5 simple tips that will boost your article approval rates.

Many writers encounter what is commonly known as writer”s block. You may have experienced this for yourself – you stare at the blank screen trying your hardest to think of what to write but nothing comes out. This is a waste of your precious time.
To avoid this issue, always have your keyword list on hand. You can brainstorm for keywords anywhere – in the middle of the night, while on the bus, or while you are bathing. When keywords pop into your head, just write them down on a tiny little notepad. Remember to always carry this notepad with you wherever you go. You”ll be surprised at how handy it is. For instance, your friends is late for an appointment and you can just whip out your notepad and start writing down more keywords.
Tip 2: Generate 5 or more titles based on each keyword.
Focus on one keyword at a time. Pick a keyword from your now presumably large list and then generate at least 5 article titles based on a single keyword.
For example, let”s say you choose the keywords “article writing”. Here are 5 suggested titles:
* Article Writing – 5 Tips on How to Write A 500 Word Article in Under 10 Minutes.
* How to Type Faster and Speed Up Your Article Writing.
* Article Writing Can Help Boost Search Rankings.
* Article Writing Attracts Targeted Visitors.
* Article Writing – An Easy Way to Build An Online Business.
I wrote all the above without stopping right off the top of my head. The keywords set the direction. All I had to do was to expand on the keywords and write down those titles.
Tip 3: Write an introductory paragraph for each article.
With your title, it then becomes easy to write an introductory paragraph as you now know what your article is going to be about. In a few short sentences, write down an introduction for what is about to come. Be as clear and as concise as possible. If readers can”t make out what your article is about in the first paragraph, you have lost them. They are not going to continue reading the rest of the article. Your introductory paragraph should contain between 50 to 100 words.
Tip 4: Expand on the article with at least 5 ideas.
After the introduction, write down 5 ideas based on the article title. With 5 ideas, it”s easy to write an article with at least 500 words or more. If you wish to write shorter articles, then shrink the number to 3 or 4.
Remember, articles should ideally be 450 words and above. Most article directories won”t even accept your submission if you go below this magic number.
Tip 5: Use the format as a template and repeat for all articles.
Now that you have a template, you can use it over and over again. With a fixed article format, you don”t have to spend time thinking about what you want to write. The article will be well organized, with clear and concise ideas.
